Исполнительный комитет Общероссийской общественной организации конькобежного спорта «Союз конькобежцев России» в соответствии с Уставом принял решение созвать очередную отчетно-выборную Конференцию, которая пройдет 21 мая 2026 года в здании Олимпийского комитета России.
Исполком СКР установил квоту представительства - один делегат от каждого члена СКР и утвердил Повестку отчетно-выборной Конференции.
